Different ways of seeing

Several years ago I became interested in seeing the landscape differently, in shapes and colour rather than as the real objects.  My painting freed up considerably and I enjoyed sculpting the oils with the brush to create imaginary places.  This image can be viewed from all directions to reveal a possible coastline, sky or land mass.
